About this Waterfall

This waterfall is hidden in the woods, and requires a 15-20 minute hike along a reasonably well-marked trail. It is a narrow, steep cascade about 8 m high. Simple, yet pretty, and usually deserted. The nearby fish hatchery was actually closed in 1991. The trail from the road to the falls, and includes several interpretive signs about the surrounding forest, fields and river. Park at the closed Skeleton Lake Fish Hatchery on Fish Hatchery Rd, just north of Bower Rd. This is a small group of buildings quite close to the road. Park here and follow the trail across the open field to the woods, and continue to the waterfall.
