   About this Waterfall
Rating: 3/5  Size: Medium Access: Moderate Type: Low Chute

Waterfall Region: Eastern    County: Hastings    Near: Lake

Watercourse: Crowe River   Latitude, Longitude: 44.7502, -77.8558

(What do these stats mean?)

Hidden deep in the woods of Central Ontario. The waterfall is narrow and not too steep, but is quite powerful at high flow. You can safely walk to the "top" of the waterfall, where the river banks are open and easy to access. But from here the river blasts into a narrow chasm. Sure, you can carefully get to the river's edge at the upper portion, but things get too hairy further downstream. There is a parking area at the end of the access road. From here, walk along the path and staircase to the falls, which should be within earshot from the time you get out of your car.  (updated June 20, 2014).
