This is a low, wide, powerful waterfall on the Little White River. While it isn't overly photogenic, it is an interesting spot to explore. The river rushes through a break in the bedrock with considerable force dropping about 5 to 6 m in height over a distance of 50 m.
Access this site from the west side, reaching the river at the end of the road that leads west from the highway, north of the bridge.
At low to modest flows visitors have explored dry bedrock next to the riverbed. Look for large jams of logs that have moved downstream.
NOTE: The river bed is crown land, and I believe that a road right-of-way extends to the river. But there is private property around so visitors should be alert. This website does not give you permission to trespass.
