This very small rapids is not worth going out of your way to see. It is the last (I think?) of a number of small waterfalls and rapids along Papineau Creek (See High Falls on Papineau, Neuman's Falls, Maple Leaf Rapids, Iron Bridge Rapids). It can be viewed from the car from the Boulter Road Park.
A trail from the car park leads up stream, but doesn't go as far as High Falls. If you are out waterfalling, this little park is a nice place for a picnic. While the falls won't be roaring in the background, it will still give a nice gurgle while you eat your sandwiches!
