Set beside Brock University's infamous 'Alphies Trough.' This is a modest sized waterfall gorge, but I have never seen more than a trickle flowing over the side.
I think that natural drainage to the waterfall was redirected during construction of the university in the 1970s. An interesting spot to visit if you are on campus, but otherwise, this all-but-dry falls is not really worth going out of your way. If you are a student and happen to wander down during a wet spring, right after a rain or snowmelt, is there any flow?
