About Callaghans Rapids

There are two very wide plunge waterfalls here, but each is only about 0.5 m high. The falls extend about 75 m across the river. The park and driveway approaching the falls can be very wet in spring, making car travel difficult. Not to worry, it isn't a long walk to the river. And the walk along the river bed can be really cool at low flow as it is bare rock, about 50 m wide.
