Our Responsibility
Waterfalls get closed when people are injured or ruin lands.

Please don't trespass, don't litter, and stay on the trail.
Warning: Waterfalls are dangerous - You aren't permitted to use this site unless you read, understand and accept the Website Disclaimer

A small falls that is right beside Hwy 17. Thousands of people pass by every day and probably think of this as no more than just part of the scenery. There are no signs, and nobody can even tell me if it has a local name (can you?).

In 2022, members of our Facebook group determined that it was found on Catfish Creek. So we named it Catfish Cascade, but are open to changing this if there is a local name.

NOTE: This is found right along the Trans-Canada Hwy, and there is no dedicated parking area. The falls are visible right from the road. The Waterfalls of Ontario project recommends against parking on the side of a busy highway like this. Anyone that chooses to do this does so at their own risk.
