This is a little staircase-like step falls can be seen from the road. Unfortunately, it is surrounded by private property and so you can't explore further upstream.
The falls are a few tens of metres upstream from the road. Also, heavy vegetation during summer limits what you can see. Another reason to visit in early spring or late fall, when flows are also likely to be higher.
On the other side of the road, a bench sites above the box culvert, allowing you to watch the gentle stream ramble further downstream. Can you supply a picture?
