This small waterfall occurs where Devil's Creek cuts through a narrow notch in the high bedrock cliff bordering the south side of the Grand River.
The creek first rambles through a suburban park, eventually cutting down to the bedrock. From here, it continues east, through a culvert under George St, and then down a 60 degree angle slide to the Grand River, about 10 m below bottom. There is a raised wooden platform and walkway to get around the falls.
Unfortuantely, the view of the waterfalls isn't great. You can look down the falls through the deep narrow gorge, but it's hard to get a classic waterfall photo. Nobody's fault, as this waterfall has an odd configuration.
It may be possible to paddle to the base of the falls, but as for land access, forget it. You can walk through the tunnel under the road and have a nice stroll through the suburban park.
