There small cascade in Dryden isn't in the greatest setting, being physically constrained Hwy 594 and a railway bridge. Fortunately, you can get a nice view from the Roy Wilson Suspension Bridge, a footbridge connected to the Dryden Signature Trail. This gives a nice view of the small cascade in the Wabigoon River. This is near a busy intersection. It is possible to park at Johnstons Park and follow the Dryden Signature Trail east for about 5 mins to the falls.
