This appears to be a small waterfall, perhaps a rapids, beneath the dam at the western end of Ena Lake. The falls are about 150 m further along the road from the dam, on the left. I have not seen photos other than from the air, but the falls are mentioned in some text sources online.
I have no information about the falls, so cannot guarantee how good (or boring!) the experience is. Fortuantely, a drive through the NWO woods is never a bad thing. Can you share a photo of the falls?
This waterfall is coded yellow because I have not visited the site and cannot confirm that road conditions are good. There appears to be a boat launch at the Ena Lake Dam, and so I suspect that conditions are reasonable for most cars.
