This is a surprisingly large waterfall. Not huge, but bigger than I expected. It consists of a wide, steep slide-type falls, where water slides across the bare rock face. Most photos that I have seen of the falls show it to be almost dry or dry. There was very little flow when I visited. Timing is everything.
NOTE: This waterfall may be on private property. There are no signs posted, but at the same time, there are no signs posted! What I mean is, this is a reasonable sized waterfall in a town with the name 'Falls' in it. You'd think that there would be signs if it was publicly accessible.
You'd also think that a falls like this would attract enough attention to warrant a 'No Trespassing' sign if there were persistent problems. There are no homes on the land parcel on which this falls sits. If you live in the area, could you please let me know if this waterfall can be visited?
This waterfall is coded yellow to remind you that it may be on private property. Please heed any signs. This web site does not give you permission to trespass.
