This small rapids occurs at the outlet of Granary Lake. Granary Creek drops by 12 m from Granary Lake to Lake Duborne. This occurs over a distance of just 1 km, resulting in a pretty decent gradient. The provincial maps show a waterfall symbol here. If there is no falls here, there is certainly a decent rapids.
I have never visited, but believe that it can be seen from a bridge along Duborne Dr. I don't know if the road is driveable all the way to the bridge. Maps show that a trail follows the route of the road, crosses the bridge and continues to the west. All of the land on the north side of the river is part of the Matienda Provincial Park.
