About Grawbergers Rapids
There are several small cascades along this short channel that separates Commanda Lake from Restoule Lake. The total elevation drop is 11 m. Unfortunately, most of the shoreline is privately owned and so access is very limited. The river itself is on crown land, and so you can paddle up or down to the falls. It is also believed that you can see this view of the falls by walking in from the road allowance. The access point is upstream of the uppermost falls. But please don't wander downstream, and please heed any private property signs. In earlier versions of this site (and the book) this was referred to as Restoule Falls).
