This is the smaller of two nice waterfalls on the York River. The larger one is found another 10 mins up the trail. I actually find that the lower one gives better photographs as I found it difficult to fit the upper one in the frame nicely. The first half of the trail is quite easy but it gets rocky and uneven the further you go. In order to get this shot you will have to climb off the trail and on to some bedrock. Not unsafe, but as always, be careful.
Please treat our outdoors and other visitors with respect. Many waterfalls have been closed to the public because of bad behaviour. Also, note that waterfalls are on the traditional lands of Canada's Indigenous Peoples.
