This small cascade is associated wtih a concrete water dam at the end of Lake Manitouwabing, in the small settlement of Hurdville. The dam dates to the early 1900s. The small falls start under the dam under the highway. It can have impressive flow during high water, but really don't expect it to provide impressive photography.
