This is a long narrow cascade of limited height. I have never visited and have only seen one photo. It implied that the waterfall was no more than a couple of metres high, but it is a bonafide falls. I suspect that this falls is fairly reliable, as the watershed is full of lakes and wetlands that should slowly discharge water during the summer months.
The falls are 150 m downstream from the bridge, and because the river curves around to right, are not visible from the road. However, a dirt trail on the west side of the road cuts off the corner, and leads to the base of the falls.
This waterfall is coded yellow because I have never visited and have no clear information about the condition of the road or the site. From aerial photography it looks like the road is in decent shape. The site is about 20 minutes' drive south of Hwy 502; about 35 minutes from Dryden. If you visit this site, please let me know what you find.
