Our Responsibility
Waterfalls get closed when people are injured or ruin lands.

Please don't trespass, don't litter, and stay on the trail.
Warning: Waterfalls are dangerous - You aren't permitted to use this site unless you read, understand and accept the Website Disclaimer

A nice plunge waterfall, just north of the Trans-Canada Hwy. I have not visited, but have been told by many people that they parked at or near the Inn on Lakeshore drive. As this is a private business, please ask for permission to use their lot.

From the parking lot, a trail on the right follows the river upstream, passing under the highway bridge, and then eventually reaching the falls. The total distance is about 1 km. The falls a good size and quite rugged. Vantage points are limited due to tight conditions.

NOTE: This waterfall may be located on private property. It is a popular spot and thus even if it is on private property it appears that access is tolerated. Nevertheless, please heed any signs. Remember, inclusion of a waterfall on this site does not give you permission to trespass.

If you live in the area, I would appreciate an update on whether or not this waterfall can be included here. At the time of writing, a trail listed on the AllTrails app tries to lead you to the falls from the east, via MacKenzie Heights Rd. This trail is on private property and should not be included.
