This is another one of the many semi-hidden waterfall spots found in Sudbury's hinterland. There is a distinct upper and lower falls here, separated from one another by no more than 100 m. I found out about these falls thanks to the earlier work by Gary LeClair on his Facebook Page. I haven't visited, but fortunately Gary Smith has.
The upper falls is wider and lower. At higher flows, the river pools in front of the falls, making it difficult to get too close. These falls are also referred to as Pilgrim Falls.
A wide dirt trail (probably for ATVs) leads west from Agnew Lake Mine Rd almost due west for about 200 m to the upper falls. The driving coordinates lead to the approximate location of the trailhead. The lower falls is about 75 m downstream.
This waterfall is coded yellow because the road in the area are not first rate, and because I have not visited to confirm the condition of the trail.
