This is a very, very small bedrock bump below a water control dam. As with many dams, this one was sited at a narrower stretch of river, using bedrock as both a construction base as well as a natural 'starting point' to control water levels.
At higher flow, there is likely some whitewater; at lower flows, you can see some rock and a dam. Nothing to get excited about, but if you are a falling water fan, it may be worth a quick look. I have not visited. Located at the end of Black Fly Access Road.
This site is coded yellow because I have not visited and cannot confirm the conditions. You must use caution around dams as they can be dangerous.
