This very small waterfall is found along the valley of the Felkers Falls valley. This is believed to be fed solely by ground water, as there is no watercourse leading to the falls.
A video on the City of Waterfalls website shows it absolutely gushing. Ground water doesn't normally do this; there may be some cross-connection to surface water or a storm drain somewhere? I haven't seen this waterfall up close, and I believe that it can be difficult to reach.
