This set of cascades occurs along a short channel where Perreault Lake drains to Wabaskang Lake. The Hwy 105 bridge crosses right above the top of the falls. The uppermost cascade is immediately downstream of the lake. A second falls is located about 100 m downstream, just before the river dumps into Wabaskang Lake.

There aren't many photos of this waterfall available online. Do you have one that you could contribute?

I haven't visited this site, but have been told that there is parking in a gravel area on the north side of Hwy 105, east of the bridge. This is across the highway from the Nordic Point Lodge. The dirt road leads to a boat launch on Wabaskang Lake, just 300 m to the north. All of the area north of the highway is shown as Crown Land.

About 30 down the road there is a dirt path on the left that leads to the river. This will reach the upper part of the falls. The lower falls are about 100 m further downstream. I suspect that there is a trail through the woods along the river. If not, it is probably possible to continue further down the road and watch for a trail to the left. This site is about 45 mins north from Hwy 17.

Waterfalls of Ontario Project

This project has been online since 1999, in print since 2003, and on social since 2011. (See archives: 2003, 2012, 2018). It was the first to inventory and map Ontario's waterfalls for recreational purposes. With your continued help, it grows. Learn more...
