This is the smallest of the three falls sections on the Rosseau River. It is located immediatly upstream from the Hwy 141 bridge. A ridge of rock spreads right across the river at an angle to flow. No more than about 1 m high, this creates a gentle series of steps that occupy a stretch of the river no more than about 10 m long.

A rest stop is located on the west side of the river (left side looking upstream). You may be able to see the falls from the high ground in the parking area, but I can't recall. Another vantage point can be had by walking towards the highway but then turning left on a short gravel section that runs parallel to the highway, inside the guardrails. This leads to a spot below the bridge where you can see the falls.

If you are adventurous, you may choose to follow one of the paths down to the river's edge, either from the parking area, or from the gravel spot mentioned above.
