Facebook GroupThis is a 100 m long series of gentle cascades right next to the campground in this provincial park. In spring, the river can really rush, but you guessed that already! The watershed feeding this falls has a high percentage of lake and wetland cover, and so flow is likely reliable.
Flow does drop through the season, and I've seen images of people playing in the water by mid to late summer. The Waterfalls of Ontario Project does not recommend swimming or wading at any waterfall. A metal footbridge crosses the top of the falls. The falls aren't very big, but they are quite scenic and popluar in this region.
The cascades are found just inside the park entrance. Keep left; they are no more than 250 m hike from the front gate.
