About Sprucetree Trail Cascade

One a a number of very small waterfalls in the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve. This is a beautiful privately owned reserve for which you can gain access for the day. The yellow star rating is given because the forest can be difficult to navigate. Many of the "roads" in the reserve are passable by a regular car, but are not well signed at all. It would be very easy to get temporarily lost in here. If you ask at the gatehouse, they may be able to direct you to the Sprucetree Trail. (these coordinates are approximate).

A great way to visit the falls in the Reserve is to participate in one of the photography workshops hosted by Facebook group member, David Sweeney. He helped me to find the falls in the reserve. www.yoursoutdoors.ca/
