This pretty little waterfall is found right beside Ranger Lake Road. It looks to be about 3 to 4 m high and is quite vertical. The only drawback is that a metal culvert sits right above the falls, spoiling the view for some, while not mattering for others. This is another one of Billy Wilson's finds, and his photo is available on google maps.
Unfortunately, this is a tough waterfall to access. First, there are almost no signs of the falls, save for a very minor break in the tree cover on the north side of the road. Second, the falls are found in a deep gully beside the road. Anyone that chooses to try to visit this site does so at their own risk. This would require a short, but steep scramble down a steep embankment.
I have coded this site as yellow because of the difficulty in accessing the waterfall. I supsect that many fit explorers will find a safe route to see the falls, which are within about 15 m from the road. I supsect that this dries down in summer. If you visit, please let me know what you find.
NOTE: The condition of Ranger Lake Road fluctuates. There is a whole Facebook Group dedicated to updates on driving conditions. This long, winding road is fun to drive when it is properly maintained. Visiting in winter is not recommended at all.
