I'm pretty sure that this intriguing little falls can only be reached by canoe. I've heard that there is a land route, but, don't know that it is accessible to the public. (please don't trespass!). The chute occurs where the Mattawa River is squeezed through tilted layers of rock.
Please treat our outdoors and other visitors with respect. Many waterfalls have been closed to the public because of bad behaviour. Also, note that waterfalls are on the traditional lands of Canada's Indigenous Peoples.
