This really isn't much of a waterfall. It's barely even a rapids! But there is a rock exposure that creates just the tiniest amount of whitewater. And since it's set in a beautifful town park, across from an historic stone mill building, well, why not? The river slides across smoothed granite, falling not even half a metre.

During higher flows, you may not even know there is a bedrock knickpoint here; the river can completely cover the rock. A footbridge lets you walk right over top of the river, and leads further into Stewart Park. Code's Mill is right across the road and offers some touristy shopping and dining.

To reiterate, this is not much of a waterfall. Don't drive here unless you are on your way to something else. But downtown Perth (often called 'Ontario's prettiest town', is always a nice pit stop.
