This one of several small waterfalls along a short stretch of the Hollow River. The first falls is about 500 m downstream of the outlet of Corner Cross Lake. The second is about 1 km downstream from the lake. This lake is located just outside (one of) the southwest corners of Algonquin Park.
I don't have any information about paddling to these falls. It appears that one could paddle to the falls in under a 5 km journey. It may be possible to put in on the north side of Bear Lake Rd, approximately at 45.3335, -78.6106.
Note, however, I've read that the Hollow River can have low flow in the summer. The area indicated above is mapped as wetland, so this may not be passable in a canoe for parts of the year. If you've visited, please let me know!
