Our Responsibility
Waterfalls get closed when people are injured or ruin lands.

Please don't trespass, don't litter, and stay on the trail.

Hidden deep in the woods of central Ontario. The waterfall is narrow, only a vew metres high and not too steep. But it can put on quite a show as medium to higher flows blast through a long narrow chasm. Visitors can safely hike to the top of the falls. Just upstream the river bed and banks are flatter, but at the falls, the river makes an abrupt right turn.

The hike from the parking area takes 5-7 mins if I recall correctly, and includes a staircase. I haven't visited this great site for many years! I do recall that the last few hundred metres of the road getting to the parking area was quite rough. But it has been improved over the years.

This waterfall is featured in the 'Waterfalls of Ontario' book. Please pick up a copy to learn more. This helps to support this project.
