A small cascade right under the high, historic railway trestle in downtown Parry Sound. I haven't explored the area, but know that visitors can reach the falls (or at least a view of the falls) by following the town's Fitness Trail. This can be accessed at the south end of James St (which turns into Bay St).
The Fitness Trail follows the western shore of the river and may provide access to a flat rocky landscape beside the very low cascade. The site is wide open, and with a limited elevation drop, is far from the quaintest, nor most impressive falls that you will visit.
This falls is also known as Seguin Falls or Seguin River Falls. For now, I'm sticking with Trestle Falls. This is because there is a community of Seguin Falls elsewhere, and it has waterfalls nearby. Further study may clarify the preferred names and both sites. Using the term Trestle Falls, at least for this project, helps to reduce confusion.
I've coded this site as yellow because I haven't visited and don't know what it takes to reach the falls. I believe that it is quite easy to visit, but just can't confirm. If you can give me an update for this site, that would be great!
