A picturesque, low gradient cascade that you can view right from the road. You can also get out and explore, but just be wary of the rushing water at high flow. A wide parking area is available on the north side of the road, just east of the river.
This is a low rapids, with a few cascade sections where the river falls about a metre at a time. This can be quite powerful at times, as the river has quite a large watershed draining towards it.
