This is a chain of small waterfalls on a modest sized creek. I have not visited, but was intrigued by a series of photos uploaded to Google Maps by Billy Wilson. I don't have a full count of how many waterfalls are here; probably 3 to 5 different sites, all likely no more than a metre or two high. The falls stretch over a run of about 300 m, all downstream from the 'road' crossing.
Access to this site is difficult. I have not visited. I've been told that the 'road' that leads north from Devil's Lake has deteriorated. This might call for a jeep! Or, a 60-90 min hike each way.
Lewis Road leads north from Ranger Lake Rd. Just before it reaches the homes on Devil's Lake, there is a road on the left. This intersection is at 46.7729, -83.9659. The driving directions lead to this intersection, as the road on the left is not registered by Google Maps. From here, this road on the left leads about 4 km, almost due north, to the river. There may or may not be a bridge. There is a fork in the road at about the 2.3 km mark; the route keeps to the left. At another fork a kilometre later, the route keeps the right.
If you reach this waterfall chain, please let me know what you find. To see what some of these waterfalls look like, find the location on google maps and turn on the images layer by clicking the little arrow at bottom right on a desktop browser. This is another remote site that was visited by Billy Wilson, who in turn planted many images on google maps.
