There are two waterfalls at Yankee Falls. The upper falls is broader and lower, while the lower falls is narrower and taller. In both cases, the falls are pretty small, with no more than a few metres' drop at each. Both gave me the feeling of being beside a quaint little falls hidden in the woods... even though you are just 10 m from the road!
Parking is very limited; there are a couple of very small wider sections of gravel on the right side of the road. I didn't drive further, but it appears that there is an actual pull off area on the right side of the road, just a few hundred metres upstream.
This waterfall is featured in the 'Waterfalls of Ontario' book. Please pick up a copy to learn more. This helps to support this project.

The road to the falls is quite scenic, especially in fall. I have only visited in fall, but suspect that the falls are fairly reliable throughout the year.
